Sarah provides operational and administrative support to the Maravilla sales team. She contributes to the development and creation of the Maravilla processes and procedures and oversees and coordinates operational logistics, promoting the effectiveness of Maravilla residential stays, day visits, and tours. Sarah holds an M.S. from the Recreation, Park and Tourism Sciences Department and a BA in English Rhetoric and Spanish at Texas A&M University.
Senior Sales Manager
As Senior Sales Manager for Twin Dolphin, Julie is responsible for overseeing all sales activity and management of the sales team by coaching, collaborating, empowering, leading and fostering professional and personal growth, with focus on the ultimate goal of successful sales and overjoyed owners. Julie’s genuine and light-hearted approach, coupled with a strong commitment to succeed by building trusted relationships has established her in the Los Cabos real estate community over the past 15 years. Originally from Chicago, with a B.A. in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Indiana University, she spent 12 years learning the resort living lifestyle in Aspen, Colorado before moving to Cabo as a sales coordinator for Esperanza Resort. Julie joined Ohana Realty as Director of Sales in April 2016, with Montage Los Cabos ground breaking in June 2016.
As the sales coordinator for the Montage Residences Deer Valley, Kristen provides operational and administrative support for the sales team. Prior to working with Ohana, her focus was in the start-up creative space in both bridal fashion and fine art. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Minor in Mass Communication from the University of Central Florida.
Associate Director of Sales
Originally from the Pacific Northwest and a graduate of The University of Colorado at Boulder Leeds School of Business, Pete is the Associate Director of Residential Sales at Montage Deer Valley. For the past 15 years, Pete has been a consistent leader and top producer in luxury resort sales & development. Pete’s primary responsibilities consist of focusing on developer sales, resales and representing the best interests of both the present and future residential ownership community at the Montage Deer Valley. Prior to his current role with Ohana, Pete worked for IMI Worldwide Properties, an industry leading firm with 27 years of experience, encompassing 79 luxury resort developments in 11 countries with over $7.6 billion in total sales. Prior to his time with IMI, Pete worked as an Associate Broker at Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty with an emphasis on luxury sales, income-producing properties and mixed-use development.
Melaney provides full executive support to the Director of Residential Sales and general Office Management in our Park City office. She came to Ohana with 16 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the financial industry and private equity, as well as 3 years as a Personal Assistant to entrepreneurs and high net worth families. Melaney is a native Texan, having lived in both Dallas and Austin, and attended Texas Tech University.
Managing Director, Ohana Realty
Melanie leads Ohana Realty, Ohana’s internal brokerage firm focused on world-class resorts and residential communities. Prior to joining Ohana, Melanie headed marketing and product for a digital culinary media company, oversaw digital media and sales within the B2B Technology group at a public digital media company, and was a Consultant at Bain & Company. She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
As a Sales Coordinator, Paulette provides integral support to the Twin Dolphin Sales team. She fields initial sales inquiries and provides full executive support to the Director of Sales, where her key responsibilities include developing, improving and managing best practices for operations. Born and raised in Mexico, Paulette holds a Bachelor Degree in International Relations from UVM.
Managing Director, Residential Real Estate
Neil is responsible for business development, representing Ohana’s residential offering with owners, buyers, partners, and press. He also represents Ohana as the ownership group in developer sales transactions, sets inventory and pricing, and oversees legal and contracts administration. Neil has a keen understanding of the luxury real estate market, and works closely with the investments and development teams on new opportunities and projects. Born and raised in Nashville, TN Neil holds a B.S. in Communications from the University of Tennessee where he was a Football Letterman on 2 SEC Championship and 1 National Championship Teams. Afterwards, Neil started a career in the medical industry for Stryker Corporation and in 2008 he and his family moved from Nashville, TN to Park City, UT where he began working for local developers and a national real estate auction firm. Neil is a member of Urban Land Institute and an active board member at Park City Medical Center.
As a member of Ohana’s marketing team, Anna is responsible for executing product-based marketing campaigns for Ohana’s luxury real estate projects, building strategic materials and messaging that enhances the overall sales process. Previously in the luxury real estate and hospitality industry, Anna was the Senior Marketing Manager at Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, S.C., where she managed a wide variety of marketing projects, from print and digital campaigns to content marketing to event planning and execution. Anna graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Journalism & Mass Communications.
With 15+ years of real estate sales, Debra returned home to Cabo from Kelowna, BC, where she excelled in the real estate industry. While there, she participated in the local Chamber of Commerce and Rotary clubs. The cold northern winters of Edmonton, AB, is where she started her family, attended college, and then moved her young family to Cabo in 1993. Upon arrival, she initially worked in the resort sales industry then opened her own conference planning business. Debra was previously Sales Director at Esperanza.
Sales Operations Associate
Cindy provides integral support to the Ohana Realty sales teams, enabling the sales team’s analytic focus through research and reporting tools as well as the development of outreach target lists. Cindy promotes communications between teams and offices and is responsible for the management of the CRM system, working on its strategic development via institutional data collection and in-depth reporting across Ohana properties. In addition, she fields initial sales inquiries, provides support for the training of sales positions, and is the office manager for the Ohana Realty Beverly Hills office. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California.
As Marketing Coordinator, Alix manages social media and asset creation, including photo, video, virtual tours, and renderings. She also fully supports the marketing team in overall marketing programs and executes marketing initiatives across web, email, advertising, and PR. Prior to working at Ohana, Alix served as Digital Marketing Intern for a hospitality-focused firm, and was previously the VP of Marketing for Her Campus UCSD. She received her Bachelor’s degree in International Business/Marketing and Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
Residential Contract Associate
Jennifer supports residential contract systems across Ohana Realty projects and assists with a variety of development tasks including legal filings, state registrations and reporting. Jennifer’s primary responsibility is to streamline and enhance the closing process, oversee organization of the contract department system creation and optimize sales process and deal flow to proactively refine and improve the buyer experience. She also manages the club membership documentation and buyer turnover process with our operations teams. Jennifer previously served as Residential Manager for Montage Deer Valley, where she delivered flawless service to all residential homeowners by leading and supporting the residential concierge team and managing day-to-day residential operations. Jennifer holds a degree in Communication from Mississippi State University.
Director, Contracts & Closing Services
Selby leads the Contract & Closing Services team across departmental functions including residential contracts, comprehensive transaction management, project filings, and legal compliance for all of Ohana Realty’s portfolio. Selby’s primary focus is to oversee and optimize contract systems across projects by establishing initial sales administration processes and managing on-site closing specialists at our various locations to ensure communication, reporting and the overall buyer experience is consistent throughout. She also supervises legal requirements from a development perspective which involves ownership’s real estate project filings and property recordations, association budgets and governing documents, and original developer purchase agreements and residential disclosures by engaging with outside counsel, escrow companies and partners. Selby started her Real Estate career in 2004 as a Sales Associate and Project Coordinator with one of Prudential’s top agents. Since joining the Montage Residences Deer Valley sales team in 2011, Selby has expanded upon her role to representing the ownership group across projects. She is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Utah, a member of the Park City Board of Realtors and holds a BA in Psychology from Yale University.
As Sales Associate for Twin Dolphin, Sharon is focused on sales at Maravilla, while also participating in cross-selling at Montage Residences Los Cabos. Sharon’s enthusiastic approach and natural ability to connect with people have helped her fostered long-lasting relationships with clients and brokers. Born and raised in Costa Rica, Sharon earned a BA in Public Relationships of the University Latina de CR, which she has utilized in her 8+ years in the second home, real estate market. Prior to working at Twin Dolphin, Sharon was the top producer at Los Suenos Resort & Marina in Costa Rica. Her career expertise has been in the resort market Vail Colorado, Playa Herradura Costa Rica and now in Los Cabos, Mexico.
In the past, Lucia collaborated as the Escrow Agent and Escrow Administrator for TLA, providing escrow closing services for real estate and corporate transactions in Mexico and Latin America. Prior to joining TLA in Dallas, Texas, Lucia lived in Cabo San Lucas and Cancun where she practiced real estate law for over a decade. During her time there, she was involved in the growing title and escrow industry in Mexico and helped establish the once of Stewart Title Los Cabos while working as the General Manager. She has also worked for international corporations such as General Electric and Gowling Lafleur Henderson. Before moving to Cabo San Lucas, Lucia worked for the international law firm Baker & McKenzie, S.C. in Mexico City for over four years. A a native of Mexico City and received her Law Degree from Universidad Iberoamericana.
Director of Sales
Soren is an integral member of the sales team focused on both Maravilla Los Cabos and resale activity at Montage Beverly Hills. Her responsibilities include implementing and executing sales strategies, developing and maintaining affluent client and broker relationships, and managing sales team members in order to deliver sales results. Soren was previously a member of the residential sales team for Montage Beverly Hills. Prior to her career with Montage and Ohana, Soren worked on the Corporate Finance team at Dewey & LeBoeuf, LLP. Soren earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University.
As a Sales Associate for Twin Dolphin, Brandon is focused on sales at Montage Residences Los Cabos and Maravilla. He is a new resident to Los Cabos having moved from selling the residences at Montage Deer Valley in Park City, Utah. Brandon was born and raised in Utah, having attended Utah State University, after that moved to California for a decade where he worked in high end retail perfecting his sales skills. With 15 years of sales experience and the past 5 dedicated to Real Estate, Brandon enjoys the process of helping clients find the perfect home to create long lasting memories.
Interior Design Project Manager
Otho is responsible for skillfully and thoughtfully overseeing the execution of all interior design projects. Originally from Mexico City, Otho has worked at Maravilla and the Los Cabos market for more than 5 years, contributing substantially to the success of numerous high-end interior design projects. His approach to design is holistic, understanding that design is a process and must be executed with particular attention to detail and precision. His passion for providing the highest quality and professional experience for our homeowners is evident with each interaction.
Lauren provides integral support to the Deer Valley Sales team, providing administrative assistance to the entire sales process. She works to standardize processes across all projects. She comes to us with extensive experience in hotel operations previously serving as Residential Concierge for Montage Deer Valley. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University.
Director of Design Services
Anna is responsible for our Design Services Operations, handling the oversight and management of various functional areas with a focus on client communication, new business development, sales and future comprehensive growth strategy across multiple projects. Anna has over eighteen years of design management expertise, where she served as Vice President – Creative for J. Banks Design, a full-service interior design firm specializing in international, luxury residential design. Anna’s unique skillset brings a complete understanding of interior design project execution, as well a big picture approach for developing long-range initiatives for Design Services. These core strengths coupled with her ability to streamline the furnishings processes is a core benefit for our homeowners and prospects.
Vice President of Marketing
Anita leads the small but powerful Ohana marketing team. She is responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy and setting the vision across the entire portfolio of residential properties and business units of Ohana Real Estate Investors. Anita was previously the head of marketing at eCommerce startup, Brandless and VP of Marketing at Education First. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Caitlin supports the contract and closing services department by coordinating residential sales transactions across all Ohana Realty projects. As the Transaction Coordinator, Caitlin assists with contract administration processes and sales requirements such as contract documentation, deposits and disclosure deadlines. She collaborates with our onsite project and closing teams to ensure smooth and seamless sales transactions in order to create an exceptional buying experience. Prior to joining Ohana, Caitlin was a transaction coordinator at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in Park City. She also has a background in luxury hospitality service where she was a residential concierge to the homeowners at Montage Deer Valley. Caitlin is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Utah. Caitlin holds a degree in Sociology with a minor in Social Work from Northern Arizona University.
Event Marketing Coordinator
As Event Marketing Coordinator, Tasha is responsible for supporting the launch and execution of Ohana Realty's in-market event strategy by shaping experiences that connect the sales team, prospective clients, and owners to Ohana's multiple projects in engaging and relevant ways. Prior to Ohana, Tasha worked as the Events Coordinator at Whitman College, planning 50+ events yearly which ranged from intimate dinner parties to large, academic ceremonies. Tasha graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Event Management and an emphasis in Design Studies.
Digital Marketing Manager
Brendan is part of the Ohana marketing team and manages the digital experience across the product portfolio. By leveraging new technologies and data, he identifies opportunities to drive growth, customer acquisition, and engagement. Prior to Ohana, Brendan worked in product marketing and growth for technology companies including Twitter, Gusto, and OpenTable. Brendan graduated from Vassar College with a BA in Economics.
