Sales Associate (Park City)
Ohana Realty is seeking a Sales Associate with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record as a real estate agent to join the Montage Residences Deer Valley sales team. This person will focus on the sales needs of our residential brokerage, supporting the ongoing objective of selling world-class real estate at our luxury properties by representing our organization in interactions with high net worth clients and participating in the day-to-day sales operations.
This position is located in our Park City, UT sales office and will report to the Director of Sales.
What you will do:
Execute on our relationship-based sales strategy by acquiring, developing, and maintaining relationships with prospects, influencers, owners, outside brokers/agents, and community members as guided by the sales team.
Perform outreach to referral sources and potential prospects, qualify incoming leads, and respond to sales inquiries.
Conduct tours with sales prospects as well as others, including but not limited to realtors and press.
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Manage own prospect relationships, move prospects through the sales pipeline, and capture interactions and updates in the Salesforce (CRM) database.
Participate in our team-based, collaborative sales process and contribute to every transaction.
Manage the day-to-day, on-the-ground sales activities and perform “floor time” at the sales gallery.
Participate in sales events.
Stay on top of comps in the market, and share knowledge with the team.
Provide input to marketing efforts.
Work closely with contracts team to ensure seamless closings.
Build and maintain strong relationship and partnership with Montage operations team.
Learn, understand, and demonstrate the Ohana Realty culture. Act as an ambassador in the community for Montage Residences Deer Valley and Ohana Realty.
What you will bring to the team:
High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
A Utah real estate salesperson license in good standing.
Real estate sales experience (5+ years of experience and background in luxury $1M+ whole ownership properties preferred).
Drive to succeed and continuously improve oneself.
Demonstrated relationship-building skills and ease of interaction with high net worth clients.
Professional demeanor and presentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.
Ability to work independently and self-start.
Collaborative and team-player attitude.
Ability to travel internationally.
And for extra credit, you’ll also have:
Experience working with Salesforce.
